Samsung announced Galaxy Note II in today's Mobile Unpacked conference. It has been one year since the first generation of Galaxy Note released in October last year.
Galaxy Note â…¡ is not lighter, but a little thinner compared to Galaxy Note I. It is equipped with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with a 5.5-inch screen. Detailed parameters are as follows:
- 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor
- 5.5 inches HD Super AMOLED screen, 1280 x 720 (16:9)
- 8 megapixel rear camera, 1.9 megapixel front camera
- 2G RAM, 16/32/64G storage space, support for microSD expansion
- 3100mAh battery
- 80.5 x 151.1 x 9.4 mm
- Support HSPA + 21mbps, some models may support 4G LTE
- The re-designed stylus is longer and thicker
- Support NFC
Looking from its parameters, Galaxy Note â…¡ is not so exciting, some of the parameters are also slightly lower than Galaxy Note I. Such as the screen, the Galaxy Note II screen pixel arrangement are subject to change, leading to decrease of the number of pixels.
The materials used in Galaxy Note â…¡ are similar to Galaxy S3. The redesigned stylus conforms to ergonomic design, also Air View previewing system takes advantage of the hover-support. which is similar to Sony MT27i.
On the software side, Samsung specifically developed and improved several features for the Galaxy Note â…¡, including the Popup Note pop style to open in any area of the screen, Quick Command allows users to quickly activate commonly used programs with S Pen, Command pad allows the user to set a specific marker to quickly find e-mail or query location.
Samsung Galaxy Note â…¡ have two colors : marble white and titanium gray, the price is unknown. It is expected to be on sale in 128 countries.
