9. PageSaver Extension Terms

By installing and using the PageSaver browser extension, you agree to the following additional terms:

9.1 License and Use

  1. Extension License: PageSaver is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms of Service.

  3. Prohibited Uses: You may not:

    3. Use the extension to bypass security measures or access restricted content;
    4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension;

    6. Use automated systems or scripts to abuse the OCR service or other features.

9.2 Subscription Plans and Payments

  1. Available Plans: PageSaver offers the following subscription options:
    • Free Plan: Includes Save as Image, Save as PDF, Save as PDF (Reader mode), and Save Image as Type features at no cost.
    • Yearly Plan: $8.99/year - Includes all Free Plan features plus Extract text from Image (OCR) functionality. This plan does not automatically renew and requires manual renewal upon expiration.
    • Permanent License: $21.99 one-time payment - Includes all features with permanent OCR access and no recurring charges.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
    • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
    • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your payment method or jurisdiction.
    • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the subscription period.
  3. Subscription Management:
    • You can manage your subscription, view payment history, and access account settings through your account dashboard.
    • Yearly Plan subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires to continue accessing premium features.
    • If your subscription expires, you will lose access to premium features but can continue using Free Plan features.

9.3 Refund Policy
