Tips

  1. Sometimes the statistic data is not updated even you are sure there are new installations, this may be caused by data refresh issue from Chrome Web Store, can wait for a few days first. If no change even after one week, contact Google.

Edge

  1. If an extension changes name or description or search term during future submission, the extension may disappear from add-on store for a few hours to a couple of days when the new version gets published. Please be patient. If not finding it even after a couple of days, can reach out to Microsoft Extension Developer Support for help.
