The ownership information shows that the company is wholly owned by Hangzhou Dajingtou Er Shi Er Hao Cultural Art Co., Ltd., of which Alibaba founder Jack Ma holds a 99.9% stake.

The business scope of this new company includes food sales (only pre-packaged food), import and export of goods, wholesale of edible agricultural products, wholesale of daily necessities, hotel management, and technical services.
