U.S. Patent and Trademark Office this week announced a new Apple patent called  "Content Configuration for Device Platforms" which they applied in December 2011. This patent describes a new border software that allows users who do not understand code to create applications  .The patent mentioned that computer programming language has become the obstacles to creating applications, because a lot of content writers and designers do not have knowledge of computer programming.

This problem can be solved using a WYSIWYG software, this software provides users with a graphical interface. Apple said that these tools can help users create content, but users have to understand and edit the CSS file before you can create a page layout you want. At present, the iOS Application can only run on the iPhone and iPad, but Apple's patent documents mentioned that these contents can be displayed on computers and TVs with different resolutions.

Apple's description of the digital content creation tools will allow the amateur and professional content creators to
write applications like developers . Users can create iOS applications without understanding computer code. The authoring tool can be used to create apps which can run on all Apple electronic equipments with different resolution.

Authoring tool can also use the JavaScript library to complete the additional code. JavaScript library will determine which features of the application is not supported on a particular device. In addition, this authoring tool is very similar to the Apple iAd authoring tool, it is just a new authoring tool which can create other digital content, not just advertising.
